A prayer for one in need

Please pray for us today - Tomorrow a.m. I have testing for female problems (possibly cancer). Fear and stupidity kept me from going to the doctor earlier). Please pray in the name of Jesus that all tests show I don’t have cancer. Also, please pray for my family - we’ve had alcoholism/drug abuse, severe shingles, a (misdiagnosis) of lung cancer, broken bones, depression, possible ms, double vision. Each time, we prayed to God in the name of Jesus, and He answered our prayers, and the person was healed! Now I am asking for one more miracle for us - that I have no cancer. Thank you.

A PRAYER FOR OUR TROOPS

A PRAYER FOR OUR TROOPS

According to the weather reports, it is my understanding that it is 122 degrees
in Iraq right now - and the low will be 111! Our troops need our prayers for
strength..endurance and safety.

Prayer Request: When you read this, please stop for a moment and say a
prayer for our troops around the world.

Prayer
"Lord, hold our troops in your loving hands. Protect them as they
protect us. Bless them and their families for the selfless acts they
perform for us in our time of need. I ask this in the name of Jesus, our
Lord and Savior. Amen."

A Prayer for Betsy and Her Mother

Betsy and her Mother have received the results of the biopsy. Her note is attached. Please soak her Mom and the family in prayer. We are His children, and He loves us. We are within the veil-inside the Holy of Holies-as we petition our King, our Lord, our Father, our Divine Physician on behalf of Betsy's Mom and family. Pray for them as you'd wish others to pray if you were in her situation; with the same fervor, the same persistence, the same heartfelt anguish and hope. Remember that the effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much!

Little things in Life...

Here is a soldier stationed in Iraq, stationed in a big sand box. He asked his wife to send him dirt (U.S. soil), fertilizer and some grass seeds so he can have the sweet aroma and feel the grass grow beneath his feet.
If you notice, he is even cutting the grass with a pair of scissors. Sometimes we are in such a hurry that we don't stop and think about the little things that we take for granted.

Upon viewing this, please say a prayer for our soldiers that give and give (and give up) so unselfishly for us.

A great post by 'A Sister in Christ'

Our prayers go out to all those who are chosing to walk with God. We pray that new believers are given the guidence they need to keep their light shinning bright. When we pray we need to use God's words, not our own. Get your spiritual food from the Bible every day and you will find that he gives us the words we need to be praying, to heal the sick, or cast out demons ect. It is by his stripes we are healed...Getting hunger? Me too. Let's read our Bibles and pray together.
